Members of the Committee include: ODINAFRICA Regional Coordinators and Project Manager, Head of UNESCO/IOC's Project Office for IODE, Chairs of the two IOC Regional Committees for Central and Eastern Atlantic (IOCEA) and the Western Indian Ocean (IOCWIO), and the IOC Vice Chair for Region V which includes Africa.
